-hard to advance if you are not a white male -high turnover rate -used to care about employees but that has changed -sales is low and everyone is pointing fingers at other depts -meetings about meetings about useless meetings -number driven and disregards real causes of problems -elaborate charts and meetings about "root cause" but don't do anything to fix the problem, instead everyone finger points -standard raises no matter how hard or little you work
