Don't work here - Server/Waitress Splendid Employee Review

This company works through a hierarchy. The management looks down on their employees. The office can blacklist you if you're late or don't show up to work, instead of communicating this with you, they just stop offering you shifts and you dont even know why. Their office will have people talking down on you, they will talk bad about you to your face, without any respect. They treat you like slaves and don't care if you are having a bad day, you just have to get the job done so you make them as much money as you can. In general people will always look down on those serving them, but as waiters, people already look down on us, but if you manager or boss does that too, it's like what the hell? Worst place to work in. Also making friends there is super hard. Oh and you can't really upscale to become more than a core team member which sucks.
