      Pros

      Compared to over similar realities in London Splendid is above avarage. They respect their employees very much and are quite efficient in booking people up and move them around. Most client are nice. Splendid pays for most of their client London living wage. Change to grow You get to see some incredible events

      Long hours. Not all clients are nice to you.
