      Great to work with a bright, ambitious team! As well as great creative work, the internal employee experience is great, particularly the work towards achieveing goals around DEI, Really like the transparency and sharing of goals and successes. Love also being part of the Collective, a real breadth of expertise.

      Office is freezing in the winter!

Very healthy work-life balance! . Standout colleagues who bring real energy, culture, and trust to those around them. . Talented pool of junior and mid-level staff with some genuinely impressive up and coming people

      Decision making is bottlenecked among 4 x key SLT members, which can often cause delays in sign-offs and last minute scrambling; however they are very aware of this and are currently reviewing the process to eliminate this.
