Pros

Working until 5:30, unheard of in agency life. Digital team was fun. Some really talented people.

Cons

Top management is absolutely appalling. No transparency, internal politics, back stabbing on a daily basis. Often a toxic environment fuelled by mediocre “professionals”.

Pros

While my time at Splash was short-lived , it was filled with several positive experiences and overall a great time. - extremely talent and hardworking teams - great work/life balance - positive and helpful culture

Cons

- Working across time zones can be challenging but Splash did a great job at being respectful of everyone's time.
