I cannot think of a single good thing about this place.

Everything, form hours to management, salary...you name it

Free haircuts, that's it. There are no other pros. Be prepared to be used and screamed at. Your title or job description don't matter, your contract will state you'll have to do whatever and wherever they decide, otherwise you'll have to pay a penalty.

Whatever is your job description, it doesn't matter. Are you supposed to do an IT job for them? It doesn't matter. Be prepared to be a PA for the owner. Web Developer? Cool. You'll be forced to travel 1.30 hours to their warehouse outside London (at your expense) to pack sinks and beauty products for their eBay stores, in bad working conditions. You were expecting an office job? Nope. Run meaningless errands like taking your boss' broken phone to the Apple store or collecting money from their multiple beauty salons. They expect you to give up your lunch break in the middle of a meal, and they discriminate you for your sexual orientation. Human resources are not existent. Bonus point: they smoke in the office.
