Pros One of the best things about working here is the culture. I met some genuinely good friends who started out as colleagues, and that sense of camaraderie made work very enjoyable. The company also places strong emphasis on team building through regular events and activities, which really helps foster collaboration and a positive environment. It’s a place where you feel supported and connected.

If you’re looking to focus on video, this may not be the main area here. The core emphasis is more on social media and agency work, with many employees working across different teams. While this allows for great cross-department collaboration, it sometimes means that video-related work doesn’t get as much attention.
