      Good place to get entry into the industry but know you will be underpaid and overworked.

      Cons

      They used to care about their employee's but now it's just about crunching the numbers and any loyalty goes unappreciated.

      They make cool content, cartoons.

      Cons

      So many cooks in the kitchen. Notes are a mess and have no tact or consideration that writers are humans. Notes are like reading a Reddit forum and take forever to make sense of. Not streamlined at all. Hurry up and wait vibes to the max.
