Pros
Small company, good for learning the ropes, flexible owners, casual dress code, interesting and not monotonous, routine kind of work all the time.
Cons
Not big numbers (value) to play with if you're looking for that. Remuneration not particularly attractive. Due to size, basically there is not much support system in lace.
