Non-managers are great to work with.

Managers don't listen. CEOs favorite employees get titles, raises, etc handed out like candy. Compensation and benefits are below average. Some employees get 2 WFH days and others get 3. No tech upgrade cycles. Don't understand computers or tech at all for running a SaaS startup.

Some really great, knowledgeable colleagues

Toxic, toxic, toxic work environment. Micromanaging and undermining upper management who say they are supportive, but never action staff concerns. Upper Management holds everyone to different standards and holds some accountable while some staff and leadership staff continue to take advantage and continue to work at a sub par level, continue to make mistakes and are never disciplined or held accountable. Low and unequitbale pay and unequitable hybrid and remote opportunities. Some staff work from home 2-3 days a week while some only are allowed one day and one team is expected to be in office everyday, even though every single role and job can 100 percent be done from home.
