1. Absolutely ignorant management that will transform your life into hell in a short period of time. 2. Most of the times they hire people that are not suitable in any way for their business and don't give them a proper training. The HR is getting people that are friends and relatives with them and don't give a chance to build a bright team. 3. I've seen messed up things in my life but such messy company like Spiritland... 4. I am disgusted to work in an environment such dirty like kitchen is and bar back. No wonder why one of their restaurant has been closed down for a month. 5. Most of the staff is drinking alcohol and taking drugs and their workplace and this potentialy mai influence you due to inappropriate behaviour or giving you tasks that are not relevant to the actual job you do.
