      Decent compensation Potential for annual bonus Good health benefits Flexible work times for salary personnel People, in general, really want to do a good job

      Cons

      Lack of leadership from directors and above Direction changes weekly Cannot hire the amount of folks you need to do the job, then yelled at when the work is late or subpar Using engineers and MBA's to do nothing but build PowerPoint presentations so management can look at data a different way

      Pros

      A very relaxed environment with low stress, until a big project comes up. Benefits are a very nice plus in this position since most jobs are associated with a union.

      Cons

      No movement when bad behavior is reported and hard to determine who is responsible for what systems at times.
