There is nothing. Horrible work pressure. No Planning. A mad place where slave masters kill people with work. You are expected to work day and night and also saturday sunday. The average time a person work in spire is 9 month. No clients nothing. They pay good to attract people then they give you work 24 x 7. The prod engineering team is horrible. no lunch breaks even. meeting start at 1 pm and till 3pm. People eat lunch at 3pm. A lot of favoriism. All the good reviews written are by current employess who are forced by the management to write it. do not join this mental hospital. You will regret it.

same as above. No respect for employess time. you are expeted to work everyday. leaves are not given. even tasks that taken a week are expected to be deleiverd in1 day. you are expected to work day and night. few stupid workcholics have set wrong impression everyone can work like that. please stay away from this horrbile hell mad mental hospital who have fools running the show.
