Supportive team but toxic management and layoffswith 0 ethics - Analyst Spire Technologies Employee Review

Management to the worst ever i've ever seen. They dont even have empathy towards employeers. Their core ultimeate goal is only focused only on money. They dont even value the employees. They have fired 1/4 of the employees at one shot not even thinking about their lives and blames on AI inverstments(but nothing have changed). I haveeven seen a person who's 6th employee of the company and travelling with them for whole 17 years just got fired whthout any intimation. Not only this person same like 13, 11, 10 years of exprience with the same company got fired not because they lacks skill but because they need money and they dont know how to retain they existing big deal clients.
