Time off - leadership training - able to move to different departments

Field ops role is underpaid

At the time, there was a good company culture. My understanding is that this went downhill after the new leadership and layoffs. Felt that they were trying to help the community they served. Benefits were pretty good.

Salaries didn't keep up with inflation, and there was too much focus on market acquistions over employee retention.
