Friendly environment always busy and room for growth.

not really any cons to be honest.

Good starting salary and decent benefits. Lots of snacks and coffee.

No HR department. All complaints go back directly to the person you complained about. No confidentiality in the company so retaliation and toxic relationships are expected if you have complaints. No females at C level, only females in lower management. Not allowed to discuss raises or advances until after 2 years of employment. Mandatory overtime becomes a regular even though it was never an agreement upfront.
