Great culture and pay. Company really cares about the vision

No complaints except we sometimes experience growing pains

Coworkers are amazing, company has a good mission

No opportunities for career growth, salary adjustments are capped at a low rate and do not match inflation. Terrible interdepartmental communication. Toxic management culture. Head of HR appears loyal to the founder, not to employee protection. Complaints are not taken seriously, office politics are detrimental to employee morale. Verbal harassment from supervisors is normalized, common for management to yell or insult both peers and direct reports.
