Pros

None. There is nothing positive about SpineOne.

Cons

I have never worked in a very unprofessional, cruel, and unhealthy environment. Management are VERY DISRESPECTFUL, ABUSIVE, and LIE to your face. VERY TOXIC ENVIRONMENT. Management talks to you like garbage. Their Billing Department is a joke. Employees are always walking out. They have a HIGH TURNOVER. WARNING "DO NOT WORK HERE."

Pros

Recognition of employees’ birthdays and years of employment. Employee appreciation day (lunch provided at management expense). Physical fitness incentives. If proof is shown that you’ve exercised at least 12x in a month, you can receive an additional $100 in the paycheck received on the 22nd of a month plus an additional $25 for each member in your household who also shows proof of having exercised at least 12x in a month. Competitive pay. Medical providers, nursing and support staff work diligently to accommodate and anticipate the needs of the patients.

Cons

High employee turnover. During my brief 6 weeks of employment, three people were fired and three resigned including myself. Seemingly promoting employees to supervisory positions who report directly to the medical director though woefully lacking sociable and soft skills. Referred to the female mid-level medical providers (physicians assistant & nursing practitioners) as ‘the girls’ when told who should be referred to when following up with incomplete verbal prescription orders. ‘Just tell one of the girls, I don’t have time to figure out all of that’. Poor communication as is relates department change and informing the staff of the chain of command.
