Pros
There are some very talented and educated individuals on board however they do not stay long as they are not respected or compensated fairly. The turn around rate is horrendous.
Cons
The company lacks structure, organization, and leadership. The business and management team have no respect for the employees. When it comes to company policies they are only followed at the leisure of senior management and they are not followed by protocol or procedures fairly among all employees. Employees are overworked and underappreciated. In fact, management would rather continue to run the business understaffed and continue to overwork current employees with little compensation or benefits. There are little benefits offered to employees with only 5 vacation days per year, no sick time offered, and health insurance that the company doesn't even accept at their own practice. The biggest con of all is that upper management is made aware of the ongoing issues but they continue to ignore them over and over again and instead allow the bias and prejudice to continue.
