Pros
Company is on the leading edge of shaking up the space industry, and there is always plenty to learn and get involved in. Most of the staff is fantastic to work with; some of the most capable engineers and technicians around, and great office staff as well. Whacky startup perks (carts, scooters, gaming area) are plenty, as are parties and free meals. Good pay and solid benefits.
Cons
Absolutely terrible, short sighted, and self serving management. Poor planning leads to heavy expectations for hours and a lot of wasted cost, which management then gets upset about. Hard priority pivots can happen daily, despite limited information. Requests for basic equipment get pushed to the back burner in favor of parties and superfluous additions to the aesthetics of the building. Large layoffs are a regular occurrence for technicians and facilities staff. A bad apple or two in leadership positions create a toxic environment on the work floor.
