Pros
Every person who works here is super nice, and you'll probably make new friends by working here. The owner is very generous with giving free lunches and gift cards. Plus, your work schedule is flexible.
Cons
The owner is extremely critical and gives long explanations of why what you did was a "disaster" about once a week. There are so many things to learn how to do if you work in the office, and you don't really receive proper training upon hire. The owner's instructions are often contradictory, illogical, or just downright ridiculous. You'll have much more anxiety in your life worrying about if you messed something up, since the owner will never let you forget that you are incompetent. The owner doesn't have any sort of business degree at all, so it's not surprising that he never knows what to do when you have questions about important things.
