This job helped me grow professionally with my communication skills. I would be emailing people from all around the world and companies like NASA, which was really cool. Working here gave me the experience of how a for-profit business operates. Spincore really cares about their employees. Marian has been one of my favorite bosses to work for. He is supportive, allows creativity and freedom, and always finds the opportunity to acknowledge and recognize good work.

It is hard writing cons because I genuinely enjoyed working here. I would say a lot of the work I did was repetitive, but I am okay with that.

Highly exposed to electronics and RF devices that you will not see in school. There will be absolutely no place more horrifying to work than here. This job will prepare you mentally for any ridicule or chaotic environment you will encounter in your career. You are an actual engineer here and not reporting to someone above you. Very good opportunity to build your resume and move on to a more professional job. Decent Pay. The only reason I'm giving this place 3 stars instead of -5 is because of the opportunities it will open for you.

The owner is detrimental to the company and does not value his employees. Almost every one of his actions or thoughts are not logical in the least yet he is rooted in his ways. His organization skills are horrendous and any employee efforts to improve this are shut down. His business knowledge/decisions are equally as terrible. This company has a lot of potential, but the owner is driving it into the ground. The owner needs to leave this place and stop ruining it.
