      Used to have unlimited vacation. Used to have laid back work environment.

      This is a typical result of owners/operators seeking profits over people. The company was bought out and this resulted in inevitable layoffs in order to increase the bottom line for top managers and previous owners at the expense of regular employees.

      Paired with a mentor at the beginning of employment there

      Cons

      Leadership did not care about employees. The company got acquired, and lots of people jumped ship. Also, they make new employees do a Glassdoor review before they even know what it's like working there
