      Best thing about SpinSys is that everyone feels like family. We participate in activities that keep morale up and they value you as a human.

      Cons

      Sometimes there is a lack of communication, but they try their best. Understandly, time can get away from us and sometimes communicating when people work remotely can be challenging.

      Paired with a mentor at the beginning of employment there

      Leadership did not care about employees. The company got acquired, and lots of people jumped ship. Also, they make new employees do a Glassdoor review before they even know what it's like working there
