none whatsoever, there is not a single good thing to say about this place.

Support from management is absolutely horrible. I was left to work alone in the office with a coworker who would practically remote. What was their title? Field support technician.... field means on the field. If you are hired to be hybrid even if it's on your contract you might as well throw that out the windows because you are being mislead to believe your position is hybrid. The second the probationary period is up you will be asked to be fully on-site and will be micro-managed to no end. My entire time there I felt like I was solely hired to pick up the slack of the person that is suppose to help me out. Good luck complaining to management when for about 3 months I've complained about my co-worker who everyone knew didn't show up.... multiple people in office has reported not seeing this person physically in months and are always surprised to see them when they actually decide to show up. If you want to be overworked, under paid and then personally critiqued by your boss remotely for not aligning with the companies goals this place is your nightmare. There is a whole host of internal management issues across all departments... I've met someone who's had 5 changes in management in the past 5 years they worked there... Infrastructure is a nightmare.... corporate wifi drops off randomly and everything attached suffers a temporary outage because of it. Office is in the middle of no where, not even easy to get to for a place that wants you there 5 days a week. You are practically alone expected to also taken on a string of internal projects that are excepting updates because management wants them done but you won't have time to complete them, you will always be expected to produce results when it is seemingly impossible to do so.... Expect to be forced to come into office on mondays and fridays only to sit on a virtual zoom room to provide IT support to anyone who is ACTUALLY working hybrid or remotely while there is nobody in office. Expect to do what your field tech is suppose to do because they don't even properly inventory assets, setup desk for new hires or actually provision hardware which is what they are paid to do.... you are truly alone in this role and when are ask for help you will get a doc on how to do what you already know what to do because management can't trust you to know what you are doing.

Pros

My coworkers were the heart of the company. Excellent PTO and benefits.

Cons

Rely heavily on inventors and freelancers. No room to actually innovate and design. Management level was promoted based on office politics and not experience/success. Very cliquey in times where you question if someone was speaking behind your back, turns out they were.
