Absolutely no pros unless you are desperate for work.
Cons
1. Management has no interpersonal skills and does not know how to manage. 2. Aggressive agenda in place that has to be met weekly. 3. Reporting system in place in order only to hold you accountable. 5. No job growth. 6. No bonus even though you are forced to sell product. 7. Micromanaged. 8. Turnover is very high, always reps getting fired every month. 9. Toxic environment. 10. Bullying from management.
