High pressure and no management compassion or support makes this job a daily stressful environment; management expects you to sell in additional product regularly even in the slower times; attempts to increase employee morale through terrible incentives has missed the mark; no leadership or people skills by management which has sucked the life out of all the reps and the whole department in general.
