Spin Master is now this company. - they are forcing people back into the office and staff isn’t happy. Morale is very low. Not compensating people for increased travel and commute time. - strategic decisions are based on appeasing the higher-ups. - monetary raises aren’t matching inflation. It’s almost laughable.
