Cons
Spin Master could be a place that is not for everyone, this doesn't mean its a bad place to work. It is actually great for a lot of driven individuals who are looking for growth, innovation and projects. I was a little hesitant when reading some negative reviews and joining Spin Master but realized every individual's outlook to an experience is different. From my experience, as long as you have the drive and are a self starter who doesn't require micro management, this will be an amazing company for you. I am glad that I went with my own decision and not let it be affected by the reviews because I am very fond of the company!
