Free snacks and bagels, working with global partners, some other teams internally are good to work with. Learn a lot.

work excessive hours that are expected (no work like balance), disorganized, non alignment of goals with corporate goals, major politics from top down, unappreciated, not enough support, not enough staff, more work than people, often left to fend for yourself, a lot of back stabbing
