Pros
the people are the best I've ever worked with. I still keep in contact with most of them. would jump at a chance to work with them again . sometimes they would buy lunches and provide cool classes on software every few.months.
Cons
they used to allow dogs but then one freelancer brought in brought in her dog Zoe every day and basically ruined it for the rest of us so now, no more dogs . tend to be over worked because one if the owners makes these ridiculous last min changes while product is being made . costly changes that could be been avoided. I came in on weekends on my own just to try and catch up. I even worked on my vacation. and still got thrown under the bus by my manager . it gives a whole new.meaning to two steps forward, one step back.
