Free fruit on Mondays, Free Bagels on Wednesdays, some flexibility in schedule, great vacation plan if you are a Director or above. Mostly good people. Free toys! I no longer work there, so that's a major "Pro".
Cons
Politics, politics, politics all combined with ZERO vision in management. A bunch of ex-Mattel and ex-Jakks Pacific execs at the top levels of management in this office makes for strange bedfellows. Location kinda sucks. Hard to get to from anywhere, lunch options are limited. They work you VERY hard. Long hours with little recognition. Certain management wield their power recklessly. Lots of turnover (speaks strongly to having poor management.) So many people there are angry and frustrated to come to work every day. This is a company at war with itself, Toronto Vs. Los Angeles, and people in Los Angeles at war with each other. Horrible state of affairs.
