Pros
It's rare to find a profit-making company that is truly mission-driven and wants to do good. Ultimately that's the goal of everyone at Spill. Very agile - small team able to change direction quickly. Product-driven - some great product minds!
Cons
Tough market at the moment. Spill needs to convince people that a therapy offer is required, rather than a company benefit that can be cut. They're on their way to doing this but it's a challenge. There are competitors with more funding and therefore presumably at an advantage.
