      Communication between different timezone is difficult sometimes but we are working continuously on solving that.

      -Good industry -Clear business problem being solved - Adaptive leadership, leadership that leads by example. -Chance to lead projects jointly and some freely

      -None with the company, industry needs more education in this problem in general. So this makes it tough as BD to grow.

      -CEO is making decisions fast! -Fixes are immediate! -Challenging! -The people I work with are both highly EQ and IQ. -There is no one to blame but themselves! -Many of them are honest, just like the president!

      Cons

      Because decisions are made quickly and trajectories are changed quickly, what is decided today may change tomorrow.
