This company is a mess. The work culture is toxic and exhausting. The CEO micromanages everything and doesn’t trust employees at all, which makes working here frustrating on a daily basis. There is no real work-life balance. You’re expected to work weekends like it’s normal, and personal time is not respected. HR is part of the problem. Employees are pushed to post positive reviews on Glassdoor, so most of the good reviews you see are not genuine. Leave policies are terrible and not employee-friendly at all. Overall, this is not a healthy place to work. Advice to Management: Fix the culture instead of trying to cover it up with fake reviews. Advice to Job Seekers: Don’t rely on Glassdoor ratings alone. Look deeper before joining.
