Pros

As a working mom I have struggled for that often unattainable work/life balance. In frustration one day I saw an ad for an entry-level position at Spherexx. I took a chance and submitted my resume on a whim. When I walked into the lobby a few days later for my interview and saw the coffee bar, the basketball court, and the atmosphere I knew right then I would do anything to work here! This was a mid-life career in a completely different field, but in my two years here I have flourished as both an employee and a parent. I have finally achieved that perfect balance that allows me to succeed as an employee and not miss any of those important mom moments! The bonus is that I get to work with a successful business woman who encourages success in everyone at the company. Spherexx.com is NOT just a paycheck. Spherexx employees come to work every day ready to make the magic happen and we know that that magic happens through hard work. We work hard to play hard! If you do not have passion and drive then this is not the atmosphere for you. I get to come to work every day, work hard for 8 hours while surrounded by driven and creative coworkers who empower me with knowledge and skills that will only propel me further in the future. I love my job and am proud to call Spherexx.com “home”.

Cons

Busy daily schedule and client driven deadlines, but that’s our business!

Pros

They are very flexible and there is always someone willing to help if you need it. You get paid weekly too! You maintain a very healthy work life balance, because you literally cant access anything work related outside of the office. Also, overtime is extremely rare. In fact, overtime is limited to only 4 hours of cumulative overtime a month. In the rare cases it is needed, you are asked, not required.

Cons

You are asked to clock out to go to the restroom. Insurance is only subsidized by the company for the employee. If you have a family and want them on the insurance, you will have to pay the full premium for the other members of your family.
