As a working mom I have struggled for that often unattainable work/life balance. In frustration one day I saw an ad for an entry-level position at Spherexx. I took a chance and submitted my resume on a whim. When I walked into the lobby a few days later for my interview and saw the coffee bar, the basketball court, and the atmosphere I knew right then I would do anything to work here! This was a mid-life career in a completely different field, but in my two years here I have flourished as both an employee and a parent. I have finally achieved that perfect balance that allows me to succeed as an employee and not miss any of those important mom moments!
