Following the completion of my degree, I was very passionate about going into a business that would focus heavily on graduate training and development. I have found the management to be extremely patient and very dedicated to their graduates which has allowed me to progress really quickly within the business whilst being constantly challenged and developing new skills. Ultimately what you put in is what you get out of working here and working with similar, motivated and like-minded people coupled with flexible working hours makes working here really enjoyable! You have regular development meetings with your Management which allows you to stay really focused and challenged throughout the week whilst given the opportunity to interact honestly with your Managers about all aspects of your work.
