First, I’m sorry to hear that your experience at Spero did not match our intention to be the best place you have ever worked. We are committed to creating a comfortable, transparent, and collaborative environment for all our employees. We value and consider all feedback and we’ll continue to find ways to improve but I wanted to address a couple of your concerns.
I believe that professional development and the investment we make in our employees is the bedrock of our commitment to make Spero a place worth investing in. Through our daily team meetings, company mixers, dinner gatherings, off-site events for team members and their families, and one-on-one meetings, I’m working hard to invest personally in the growth of every single team member. We also try to maintain a fun, dynamic and caring environment as we grow. I am sorry that our efforts did not meet your expectations.
That said, I’m thankful that you took the time to share your opinion here so that I and others can reflect on it and think about ways we can adapt and do more to ensure you and others feel valued and appreciated. I genuinely care about this company, our awesome team, and the investment each of us makes to build this company.
Feel free to contact me with any additional feedback at apatricio@sperosolutions.com. I wish you the best of luck in the future. I hope you find the environment you are looking for in a company.
Sincerely,
Anthony Patricio
