Pros
Great pay, benefits, people, challenging work that helps you grow early in your career. You get to work with some very brilliant and experienced people and can learn a lot from them. Hybrid work but no pressure to go into the office. Management is very kind and helpful.
Cons
Work pace can be a bit hectic at times. Not unmanageable but might be a problem for those who stress out easily.
