Pros
They take good care of their employees and seem to really want them to succeed. Generous with bonuses and very seldom have layoffs. They pay overtime to their executive assistants.
Cons
As with any consulting firm, the hours can be long and stress to meet client deadlines high. No sick time (comes from PTO allotment).
