Where do I start…..they put you on salary so they don’t have to pay overtime. You pay for your own supplies and repairs with your own money, they don’t reimburse you. Equipment is old and always breaks down. Not enough training, they assume you know all of their constant changing policies. District Manager yells at you constantly and doesn’t let you tell them what really happened. HR believes everything the DM says and takes her side. Lots of accusations and lies if they are in the wrong. Nothing is confidential. I could go on and on……
