Pros

The only pros are if you are lucky enough to be working with a good manager

The job is just awful. I'm not even going to talk about the completely unfair monthly inspections terrible scheduling making it impossible to do anything because you will almost always get called in or something will be switched around and ta-da you now have to work on your day off and you were lucky if you actually got out of the store when you were supposed get off but that never happens either I'd work from 2-10 where I would then clock-out exactly at ten, and then proceed to work for an extra hour cleaning etc. off the clock just because there was no way to do it on the during the day and they'll sit there and say that you should never work off the clock but they basically expect you to with the amount of things they expect one person to do, completely unreasonable sales goals the store I worked at is the smallest store in the district yet we were expected to sell just as much as the others. I ended up getting fired for "stealing" with no proof whatsoever heck there was even proof that I wasn't stealing but speedway really couldn't care less about it's workers you'll be worked to the bone for the terrible pay and stress the job brings

Work as a team... regulars keep it interesting

Cons

Company expects more and more without proper compensation. 7-11 is closing them down slowly.
