      Willing to work around school schedule if you are a student

      Cons

      Worst atmosphere and environment ever. Management is hired in so they are unfamiliar with their own job duties. Pressure is put on top performers to carry the store instead of everyone learning and being responsible for their own job duties.

      Company expects more and more without proper compensation. 7-11 is closing them down slowly.
