Double pay on holidays, requests off are usually given, time and a half if over 40 hrs, lots of hours available, willing to work around schedule
Cons
No breaks, no discounts to employees, exceptionally rude customers, minimal time expected to finish tasks, extremely fast paced during rush hour and morning rush, If you are a Customer Service Representative you can be stuck on a register for 8 hours straight, no food, drinks, bathroom breaks if really busy.
