Too many to list. The biggest one to me was being told while being hired, when it came to negotiating my wage, I was told, "Speedway doesn't negotiate the wage for CSR. It pays 8.50, but don't worry, you get 7% every time we 'double-pass' inspection and that will make-up for the lower wage, bring you right up to the 10 you asked-for." Well guess how that turned-out? 30 months 0% bonus of course.
