The pros of this job is that you can learn how to multitask and they are okay with you making mistakes at times. As long you get up and keep practicing the daily activities you are doing, it's a major transferable skill.
Cons
Terrible work-life balance, you don't need a Bachelor Degree to get this position. Work there for three months as a regular clerk and if you have a driver's license, you are well set to be a Co-Manager. The higher ups DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU! They only care about $$$. Avoid it. I left in three months.
