Pros
Employees are generally treated better compared with other large retail oil companies. The workforce has not been subject to knee jrek reaction layoffs.
Cons
Very frustrating to work for parent comapny that doesn't know or understand SSA's business. Generally speaking you must have started at the parent company in order to be promoted to VP level. Very frustrating.
