Pros

Great benefits, tuition reimbursement, Down to earth staff, yearly pay raises, understanding management, things to do so you wont get bored easily

Cons

crazy customers, open twenty four hours, so many things to do but not enough pay, the customers tend to treat you horribly but tats in all retail facilities

Work as a team... regulars keep it interesting

Cons

Company expects more and more without proper compensation. 7-11 is closing them down slowly.
