Pros
Regular customers are amazing. Job security. A growing business. Food and coffee is delicious. Strong sense of promoting from within. Decent benefits for full time employees.
Cons
Working alone especially during late or early hours. Ridiculous expectations and goals. An absurd amount of policies and zero discounts or perks. Bonus potentials that usually end up being little to no money. Schedule changes, employees are full of drama. Have to cover call offs. Customers can be nasty sometimes. No consistency between employees or other stores within the company. The job itself isn't bad and a lot of the time even enjoyable but all the little added b.s. makes it hard to want to go to work everyday.
