Pros
Bonus is great if at a high volume location. Hours worked well for me unless someone didn't show up. Benefits are nice.
Cons
Company recently restructured the bonus program which made it hard for most stores gms to make any bonus. Turn over rate sucks so the work life balance is nonexistent.
